We’re Robert and Trisha, and we are thrilled to introduce our Dominican Food Cart to Central Oregon! 

Hailing from the Caribbean island of the Dominican Republic six years ago, Robert has been on the hunt for flavors that remind him of su casa with a desire to bring a little slice of his homeland to everyone who craves something flavorful and new.  His grandmother’s recipes are sure to appease your soul.  

As a mom of four and a world traveler, Trisha has had the joy of experiencing diverse cuisines and unique dishes.  She is blessed to head operations and prides herself in being the official taste tester, ensuring that you are equally content with every bite. 

With a passion for serving yummy food, we’ve decided to share delights like empanadas, marinated meats, tostones, and yuca with the Bend community.  We’re also adding a twist to familiar American dishes, giving them a Dominican flair.  Our goal is to inspire you to venture out with your tastebuds, to experience the rich flavors of the Republica.  Our mission?  To share our love of food, community, and connection with every bite.  Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch, a late-night eat, or joining us for a local event, we can't wait to serve you something delicious!
